WHERE THE NEEDS LEAD US

Bringing Unity to Your Community

Our Mission Statement

To listen first, respond with intention, and mobilize resources to meet the real and evolving needs of our community.

We are committed to remaining flexible, adapting to the changing needs of our community, and making meaningful action where it matters  most. And in cases where we cannot, we promise to be transparent and actively seek an alternative solution.

Our Core Values

Community-Led Action

We believe the people closest to the challenges hold the insight to the solutions. We listen and let community voices guide our work.

Compassion in Practice

Empathy is not just a feeling, it's a value. We meet people where they are with dignity, respect, and care.

Equity & Inclusion

Every voice matters. We are committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued because real change starts with genuine connection.

Collaboration Over Competition

We look to build partnerships and work alongside organization, leaders, and neighbors to create stronger collective impact.

Integrity & Transparency

We operate with honesty and transparency in all that we do, building trust within the community.

Responsiveness & Flexibility

Needs change and so do we. We believe in remaining adaptable and ready to shift response where support is needed most.

Senior Tax Outreach Program

Our Senior Tax Outreach Program (STOP) provides affordable, accessible tax preparation services for seniors in our community.

Individuals age 65 and older who earn $70,000 or less annually may qualify to have their federal, state, and local taxes professionally prepared through this program.

We ask for a $20 donation, which directly supports this initiative and helps us continue offering these vital services to seniors in need.

Our goal is to reduce financial stress, ensure accurate filings, and make tax season easier and more manageable for older adults in our community.

To schedule an appointment or learn more, please contact our office.

We provide community-focused initiatives designed to meet local needs with professional care and compassion.

Our Programs

The Pet Pantry

The Pet Pantry supports pets and the people who love them by providing essential supplies to families, individuals, and local shelters facing hardship.

Through community donations and partnerships, we distribute pet food, bedding, collars, leashes, bowls, toys, and other necessities to ensure no animal goes without care.

We believe pets are family and helping them strengthens the well-being of entire households. By meeting these needs, we help prevent pet surrender, reduce strain on local shelters, and keep animals in safe, loving homes.

Support our mission by donating supplies, sponsoring a drive, contributing financially, or partnering with us to expand our impact.

The Kindness Corner

The Kindness Corner is a  space where individuals & families can access essential items such as food, clothing, personal hygiene products, and household goods.

This program is made possible entirely through generous donations from our community. If you are interested in donating, please contact our office for details on currently accepted items, available space, and drop-off times.

If you or someone you know would like to visit The Kindness Corner, we ask that you contact our office to schedule a time to browse available items.

When possible, a small donation is greatly appreciated, which goes directly back into supporting our nonprofit and sustaining this program.

Our Community Impact

We have helped over a hundred families and individuals in our community through direct service and advocacy. Our work is driven by the needs of those we serve, ensuring every donation and effort makes a tangible difference in the lives of those we support.
